Welcome to Worldwide Neurodivergent-Affirming Coaching for Autistic and AuDHD Adults
Autistic Affirming Coaching B.V. provides neurodivergent-affirming coaching for Autistic and AuDHD adults worldwide.
Our growing library of resources includes burnout recovery programs, self-paced courses, publications, speaker presentations, and a learning library membership designed to support long-term flourishing
Founded by Riley J. Morgan, M.S., an Autistic practitioner with more than a decade of professional experience, every program is designed with and for Autistic and AuDHD adults, whether formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, questioning, or simply beginning to understand their neurotype.
Why Is AAC B.V. Being Created?
The Core Challenge: Too many Autistic/AuDHD adults are looking for support that understands Autistic & AuDHD burnout, masking, sensory needs, fluctuating capacity, and the costs of living in environments not designed for us.
Autistic Affirming Coaching B.V. (AAC B.V.)
was created to make neurodivergent-affirming, research-informed support available beyond the geographic and financial limits of individual psychotherapy. The goal is not to make you appear more neurotypical. It is to help you understand yourself, work with your nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and create a life that requires less self-abandonment.

Who This Is For...
This work was created for Autistic and AuDHD adults in all their diversity.
Whether you're late-identified, early-identified, self-identified, or still questioning your neurotype; BIPOC or PGM (a person of the global majority); LGBTQIA+; asynchronously developed (gifted, 2E, or twice-exceptional); disabled; chronically ill; or hold many of these identities at once
...you belong here.

It may be especially relevant if you are:
-
burned out, overwhelmed, or tired of pushing through;
-
wanting to learn more about your neurotype;
-
trying to understand masking, sensory needs, executive demands, or fluctuating capacity;
-
ready to build systems that work with your brain rather than against it;
-
looking for practical, research-informed support that respects your lived experience;
-
interested in authentic living without being asked to perform neurotypicality.

Meet Riley
